The staff made our arrival feel exceptionally warm and welcoming.
The sound insulation in the building is poor, making it hard to avoid disturbances from adjacent rooms.

great location but could use more bathroom hooks
The location is perfect for exploring, especially for walking to nearby attractions and dining spots. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, particularly the delicious Thai options. The city view from my room provided a lovely backdrop, adding to the overall experience.
More towel hooks in the bathroom would be beneficial.

Echo Hotel Chiang Mai is a total gem! The staff is bright like a sunny day and goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. I loved waking up to the chirping birds and indulging in their delightful breakfast—just the right fuel before hitting the streets of Chiang Mai! The beautiful koi pond was serene, and let’s not forget the always-available coffee.
Now, while the vibe was chill, I could hear my neighbors like we were in a chatty coffee shop. One night, a guest banged on the wall because I was chatting, which cracked me up but also made me wince. Plus, bathroom sounds echoed a bit too much from downstairs, but it kind of added to the funny memories.
